This should probably be a FAQ or something, but is there a way to
forward the Microsoft PPTP protocol over IPFWADM or not? I've tried
using Mr. Hardin's instructions at:
http://www.wolfenet.com/~jhardin/ip_masq_pptp.html  but I haven't been
able to apply the patches successfully.

I'm running Red Hat Linux 5.1 with a 2.0.36 kernel (not the default RH51
kernel, I did get 2.0.36 from linux's site).
Everything else seems to work fine, I've even got IPPORTFW working on
the TCP control port (1732, I think), but the connection comes up with
an error when it tries to communicate with the IP protocol 47 that PPTP
uses...

Any clues?

TIA,
Benjamin Madsen
