In 95 you have to edit the registry directly.

I cant recall the key you have to edit off hand but if you do a search on
support.microsoft.com you should be able to locate the details

Did I read on this list about disabling DNS for netbios name
resolution on Win 95 machines?  If you know the trick, can you clue

I need this, not so much for Linux masq, but for RASing in to NT
servers.  Why can't Microsoft do things the traditional (unix) way?
I have a Netware 4.11 server which looks just like a unix machine
running lpd, to my Linux systems.  I blundered through the install,
got it right the first time, and it's worked 100% ever since.  It's
driving an ancient Intel NetPort, with 2 laser printers attached, all
perfectly happy.
