Depends on the client.
Here, I have all my mail filtered into sub-folders. So even tho i am subscribed to
a "list" all list mail goes into a folder, so it might be sometimes days before I
read the list.
On the other hand, any mail that doesnt "get" filtered goes to my mailbox, and
that I read same day. So it might make sense to CC people, since sometimes
they might not always read the list.
