Ok I know that this Is brought up all the time,
i just have always just skipped reading them.
My dilemma is I have a 10mbit internet
connection that requires a gateway to gain internet access. That is easy enought
to setup with netconfig - using /dev/eth0. Now I want to IPMasq the LAN to this
10mbit internet connection, and the LAN is running on the ip set
10.0.0.*.
I have assigned dev/eth1 the ip 10.0.0.1,
Initailly I couldn't even ping 10.0.0.1 then I added a route, but i am not quite
sure about the route command. I do know that the 3 windows machines on the LAN
can ping eachother except the one linux machine.
Firstly is it possible to do and if so HELP ME
