[masq] Masq and FTP under IE4

Sorry if this has been explained before... I'm new to this list...

Does anyone know how I can enable ftp transfers using masq on a WinBlows
client running IE4?

FTP transfers work perfectly with any standalone ftp client program, but
fail in both Netscape and IE4...
