Outgoing inititation to a non-masqed box (i.e. calling the IP from the box
behind the masq) works fine. The masq module below tracks where the
initiation came from and routes the incoming port opens appropriately. I
have not tried using a phone-book service. For a call initiated from outside
the masq box, the only solution I can see would be static port forwarding to
a designated incoming call answering box. I don't see how a phone-book
service would aliviate this problem, but I haven't tried it. I was hoping
someone had.
