In the Masq HOW-TO David states that I need to compile port forwarding into the kernel? No I have a stock redhat 6.2 system that I am using as my masq box. Im using the STRONG firewall ruleset from the TRINITY OS, and I have followed all of the rules there to get port forwarding to an internal host, but have yet been able to get there. Even with a stock RH 6.2 system? Do I need to re-compile the kernel to allow this option? And if so, is there a way to extract the kernel configuration so I can just change that one value rather than try and go over EVERYTHING again if I do have to compile?
