Yeah, that's a problem. Unless you can configure the software you're using
(Napster, ICQ, etc) to use a different set of ports for each computer,
you're pretty much screwed. pcAnywhere allows you to set up which ports to
use, but you have to do some registry manipulation. To get around that, I
made a small script which I run by telnetting to my box and typing
'pcanywhere x', and it runs the correct forwards to forward to computer x.
The same could be done for any other application. I think Napster allows
you to configure which ports it uses too. ICQ definitely lets you configure
ports, and I've had up to 5 ICQ clients behind a firewall working no
problem. Well, no problem is an exageration because ICQ inherently has
problems with firewalls, but it works pretty well.

more than one computer that wants to use ICQ, napster, phonefree, etc,
behind the masquerade box?
Or does forwarding now work in such a case and kernel modules would be
required?

I'm not quite sure what the difference between the autofw and portfw is... I
know some applications require autofw, and some portfw, and I can never
figure out why you've got to use one or the other. Most of the time, I use
autofw... for ICQ, Napster, pcAnywhere, phonefree, etc...
