/* HINT: Search archives @ http://www.indyramp.com/masq/ before posting! */ My problem is that the packets markets with fwmark dont follow the route tables and i have the kernel compiled with use fwmark as a policy routing. I wat to route the packets coming from clietns to any addres in port 80 to use the proxy as the gateway. My scenario is the this: Clients ------------------ My Machine ----------------- SWITCH ------------ ROUTER 10.0.0.X th1 -- 10.0.0.1 195.XX.XX.5 -- eth0 | 195.XX.XX.1 195.XX.XX.6 -- eth0:1 | PROXY This is my cofiguration: 195.XX.XX.15 a) I mark the packets ipchains -A input -s 10.0.0.16 -d 0/0 80 -m 666 -p tcp b) I make the route to the proxy ip rou add 195.XX.XX.6 via 195.XX.XX.15 table 13 c) And finaly mask the mackets ip ru add fwmark 666 nat 195.XX.XX.6 table 13 It looks like this finaly: - ip ru ls 0: from all lookup local 32763: from all fwmark 666 lookup 13 map-to 195.XX.XX.6 32766: from all lookup main 32767: from all lookup 253 - ip rou ls table 13 195.XX.XX.6 via 195.XX.XX.15 dev eth0 - ipchains -L - tcp ------ 10.0.0.16 anywhere any -> www And dont work and it dont kwno why :_( _______________________________________________ Masq maillist - [EMAIL PROTECTED] Admin requests can be handled at http://www.indyramp.com/masq-list/ -- THIS INCLUDES UNSUBSCRIBING! or email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] PLEASE read the HOWTO and search the archives before posting.
