AFAIK the only part of the IRC protocol that isn't handled by standard
masqing is the DCC, so removing that module on your ip-masq server
should still allow you to connect normally to an irc server, and
possibly (I'm not sure about this one) send DCC stuff, but not receive
it. If you want to block DCC both ways and you can still send DCC stuff
without the module, you'll probablly have to hack the ip_masq_icq
module.
