It sounds like your masq'd machines do not have DNS configured correctly. Try pointing their DNS to the DNS servers that you've been given by your ISP, or set up a caching only DNS server on your masq box. You can find some details on configuring clients in the ip-masq HOWTO, I think, and you can find information in the DNS howto.
