First, you need a static IP address for the ISDN connection. Next, your
ISP, or whoever handles your domain, needs to add an MX record (so email
knows where to go), for that address. They should set up one of their
servers as secondary mail exchanger for your domain. This is the hard
part.
The easy part is forwarding TCP port 25 to the internal Exchange server.
On kernels 2.0.x there's a patch to the kernel source to enable the
facility, and a little program, ipportfw, to manage it. On the 2.2.
kernel series, the kernel code is there, but needs to be enabled; the
manager program is now "ipmasqadm." I don't have the syntax handy, but
the documentation for both of these products is very clear.
I am using this with several clients, and know for sure that it works just
fine.
