No; masq traffic is always relocated to the masq port range,
61000-65095, so that it can be differentiated from "real" traffic
destined for the masq box itself.
It is a weaknes of the masq implementation that secure-port protocols
cannot be masqueraded. Instead, a proxy would be needed.
I have been attempting to write a proxy in my spare time. Unfortunately
I have none, so it is not getting very far.
