I created an ip-up.local script in the /etc/ppp directory which flushes and calls my
ipchains firewall script.
----Start ip-up.local -----
### Flush chains
/sbin/ipchains -F
### Set chains
/etc/rc.d/rc.firewall
----End ip-up.local -----
This works like a charm. Everytime my connection goes down and comes backup, pppd
calls the scripts and all chains are cleared and reset.
