That's no problem; define a new entry in /etc/services called "newftp",
like so:
newftp 8021/tcp
Then modify the ftp entry in your /etc/inetd.conf to use "newftp"
instead.
newftp stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/tcpd wu.ftpd

You will have no trouble from the ftpd running on the firewall box. You
will have trouble with your internal ftp server if the client wants to
use Passive mode (which all web browsers do these days). You will need
Fred Viles' modified ip_masq_ftp client and patches in order to make it
work.
