The /Union of Post-Soviet Left/ (PSL) and the "/Peace Below/" initiative
– two Russian anti-war groups – organized a meeting on the 3rd
anniversary of Putin’s invasion of the Ukraine. The meeting, titled
"/Obscene Peace" vs. "War to Victory/", was held in Paris as it is not
possible to organize such gatherings in Russia given the extremely
repressive conditions of the bonapartist dictatorship in that country.
Hence, only left-wing activists who are living in exile could attend.
