Thanks, Fred. I'll take a look at it. We have a movement in the US-Canada 
Pacific Northwest that has been successful in preventing the expansion of 
several proposed coal, coal oil, oil, and liquid natural gas terminals with 
service to China. This strikes me as "deceleration" of fossil fuels to China.
