This doesn't make sense. Where I live the residential rate is  10 Canadian
cents per kilowatt hour.
One Canadian cent, if you can still find one - the cash registers started
rounding off to the nearest nickel in 2012, will buy you 0.67 euro cents.
A penny for you thoughts?
