1.The Trump Administration has declared war against the peoples of Latin
America. It has started to deport thousands of migrants in the U.S., it
threatens to impose high tariffs on every country which does not
subordinate to its wishes, it threatens to invade Panama and to take
over the Canal and it threatens to violate the national sovereignty of
Mexico by waging cross-border military raids against “drug cartels”.
