If the "Communist" Party of China and Mr. Xi had reason to avoid class analysis
in China, they have none to avoid it globally. But they never discuss, let
alone take a stand on, class struggle in the world at large nor in individual
capitalist countries.

It is stupid to label Xi's demands for sacrifice, "ardent struggle," etc. as
Leninist. And unnecessary. The material facts of China's capital export, its
contention with Western powers for markets and secured raw materials, its rapid
military buildup, its bullying of weaker countries like the Philippines,
Lithuania, and even Australia all demonstrate that China is the expanding
monopoly capitalist power locked in antagonism with the established
imperialists.
