Glenn, Transpose the conflict to Algeria, Vietnam, or even better, South Africa in the 19th or 20th century. The colonized population, repressed, atomized, rebels violently against the colonizer population, that includes small farmers. Were the Boer farmers "civilians"? Maybe you aren't familiar with the duties of those on a kibbutz, but armed security is a shared responsibility; hard to classify that as "civilian." Yes, the Thai, and other agricultural workers, should have been immediately released. Hamas is not a class-conscious organization Nobody is asking anybody to applaud the death of "innocents," but the source, the cause of the violence, the responsibility for the blood remains with the rulers. the colonizers, not the colonized. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Groups.io Links: You receive all messages sent to this group.
