The problem, Marv, is almost insurmountable. Despite everything you write being 
true, the fact is it is possible to break the GOP monopoly in Texas and their 
majority (not a monopoly, yet) in Florida. Of course that would only benefit 
the Democrats but that in and of itself would significant in terms of the 
franchise. The "insurmountable" aspect of this is the 10th Amendment in the 
Bill of Rights, designed to prop up states rights. With in the framework of 
capitalist constitutional law, this in the one law that I think needs to be 
stricken from the Constitution. It is under the 10th that every single 
reactionary law implemented around prayer in school to "don't say gay" to the 
faux-CRT uproar (teaching about racism and slavery in American history) is 
formulated and then implemented.
