By the way Michael Karadjidis: Thanks very much for the references on the Haifa port. Updating it - it maybe that China has in fact interrupted their support for China. Their investment was as you had said quite major. Who knows if it is a temporary stay of support, and what it means. Also thank you Michael Probst. Interesting. Not sure who the author is and how much that view in fact reflects views of Haaretz leading editors. However - interesting.
