A wikipedia lemma is not at all enough for the french turn tactics to be  understood . Entryism has a long history and a not always positive record in the international Trotskyist movement. But as insufficient it may be the cited wikipedia lemma, it does describe the preconditions and the goal of such a tactic, if one is supposed to have read it carefully. What is more, a plebeian and silent vote is certainly alien to the Trotskyist movement  (whatever, misfortunate or not,  flavour).

A new poll has been created:

Should Trotskyists (whatever flavour) support a French Turn in Europe and the US, that is, enter non-communist, non-socialist, non-green or even bourgeois parties of the middle (socialdemocrats, social-liberals) ?

2. Never, no entryism
3. Only in Emergency
4. Neutral
5. No, only enter socialist or green parties
