Dear Marman community,

Following stranding events we collected the whole skeletton  of Tursiops aduncus and Kogia breviceps.

I remeber in the past to have been in touch with people about the cleaning of bones, but it was years ago !

I am coming back to you because we are now trying to assemble cetacean bones to do complete skelettons...

We are looking for good anatomic picture of a dolphin's hyoid apparatus, and sternum and also a good representation of sternum an ventral ribs would be the best of a Kogia breviceps will be of interest

We have search for such documents in the internet but didn't find what we are looking for. Perhaps in Marma community some of you have already been confronted to such anatomic question.

Thank you in advance for your kind help

Best

Claire Garrigue
