The Secretariat to the Agreement on the Conservation of Small Cetaceans of the 
Baltic, North East Atlantic, Irish and North Seas 
(ASCOBANS<http://www.ascobans.org/>) is seeking a:


  1.  Consultant to conduct a cost analysis for mitigation measures in 
fisheries with high bycatch (JO 
116842<https://careers.un.org/lbw/jobdetail.aspx?id=116842&Lang=en-US>); and a
  2.  Consultant to conduct a cost-benefit analysis of different monitoring 
methods aboard fisheries with regards to cetacean bycatch (JO 
116844<https://careers.un.org/lbw/jobdetail.aspx?id=116844&Lang=en-US>).

that the estimated duration of the contract does not necessarily mean a full 
time consultancy, but for the consultant to complete the work (within x amount 
of days) during the contract time.
