The daily schedule and other information for the *Best Management Practices Workshop for Atlantic Offshore Wind Facilities* is now available at https://www.boem.gov/BOEM-Stakeholder-Engagement/. The schedule includes invited speakers from the U.S. and European wind energy industries, marine scientists, environmental organizations, and federal agency representatives. The March 7-9 workshop in Silver Spring, Md will focus on the science and regulations for marine mammals and sea turtles to better understand the effects of offshore wind energy development on the Atlantic Outer Continental Shelf. Through presentations and workshop panel discussions, possible best management practices for preventing, reducing, and monitoring effects to Atlantic marine protected species will be identified. The workshop is open to the public, but remaining space is limited and registration is required to attend.
