You can find a lot of information on our official conference site[1].
There is quite a bit of information there, so you could point people to
that location. The site also references our past conferences.
As for a banner, our official banner can be found here on our wiki
site[2], but it is really for official use, the subline ("The Document
Foundation") should not appear on a community banner subline ...
Perhaps KJ could modify the official banner for community use?
