Sorry, I was away on a short trip and missed this. I have listed this on
our events calendar, just so that we have a record of the event.

Have you blogged about the day on the LibreOffice blog? If not, it would
be nice to know how it went and how many people attended, etc.
Perhaps next time, announce it a little more earlier on the marketing
list and it would give me more of a chance to add it to our events calendar.
