Hi everyone, Btw, since last year, we have worked in a similiar guide to support the ODF/LibreOffice adoption at the public administration of Rio Grande do Sul State, Brazil. We call it 'ODF Guide' and our target audience are project managers and the technical team of State departments:
http://www.tic.rs.gov.br/download/20140110144028odf_guide___a_reference_document_for_open_standards_implementation_0.3.pdf In December 24, 2013, LibreOffice was finally defined as our standard office application. Now, all the State departments will have three months to plan their own Adoption Plans based on this document. This is just the 0.3 version and there is a lot of work to do ahead (improve formatting, correct some typos, etc.). The original version are being written in Brazilian Portuguese. The copyright is the same of the manuals from the Documentation project. So, the whole or parts of the document can be used/merged/adapted by the community. Best!
