it's hosted on their system, so I have only limited impact on it. Showing the videos on our server would sadly require some expensive software in the end (clearly something we need to avoid for 2013), so we have them host it for us.
Don't know what bandwith they are, but the page worked fine for me.
Also, is it on a Plone site? It looks like it needs a little TLC with the look.
