Florian, we should plan a marketing workshop at the conference in order to make the life of LibreOffice contacts easier. Also, we should have a media training session and a public speaking session, to help people represent LibreOffice in the proper way (of course, trainings are not a must, but I think they might help people who are not professionally focused in marketing).
