obviously they had "lz4-devel" or however the package is called their not
in the buildroot
I am not using packages built by Opensuse though rather than the official
Mariadb (from download.mariadb.org):

or do they now use Suse/Opensuse build-infrastructure (which is unlikely
because last time when there was request for Leap support the response was
that there is a need to create a VM for buildbot
