One of my eventual goals is to consolidate all this info into an actual manual. Path to binary is only needed if your svn client is not installed in a standard location (like "/usr/bin" on Linux). For example, if svn is installed at "/opt/subversion/", you would need to enter something like "/opt/subversion/bin"; if you're running a windows server, you need to put the full path, including drive letter, for the folder that contains svn.exe.
