Hi,

I don't recall any interactions with Verizon's abuse team. I often send them
complaints, such as about attempted logins from their IPs, and sometimes they
bounce with bizarre reasons. Today's:

Reporting-MTA: dns; tpaapd1kva103.verizon.com
Final-Recipient: rfc822;ab...@abuse.verizon.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0 (permanent failure)
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) '[Errno 61]
Connection refused' (delivery attempts: 0)

They received the message 3 seconds after it was generated (see Received:
headers below) but claimed it was too old.

I have a list of IPs without an abuse team to which I add abuse@ addresses
after they bounce (which increases their bad karma and prevents further
submissions). Verizon doesn't always bounce, just sometimes. I haven't added
them to the list yet, but I wonder if they do anything about the complaints I
send them.

Best
Ale
