One of our users is getting this bounce when trying to e-mail shaw.ca:
Remote host said: 554 shw-ibgw-4001a.ext.cloudfilter.net cmsmtp x.x.x.x blocked AUP#BL It's my understanding that cloudfilter.net is part of Cloud Mark from ProofPoint, yet when I check our IP at: https://csi.cloudmark.com/en/reset/ it's not listed. Is it a different list, or that message doesn't mean it's a block list ? Thanks! Scott
