We think that various UK ISPs are devnulling/refusing DNS requests for one of our link tracking domains: click.pstmrk.it
It's possible they got a takedown request from UK police after some phishing emails were sent on it. Now a good amount of users in the UK can't resolve our link tracking domain - we think their ISPs are refusing to serve DNS for it. And it's not just isolated to one. Does anyone here work at a UK ISP, even better a m3aawg UK ISP?
