think the spam folder may indeed be the correct place for it.
I agree. Spam is not about where it comes from, but about content.
The point is that the same entity wrote the message and put it in the spam
folder. Either Google thinks users will read their spam folder anyway, or
they've developed full-blown schizophrenia.
