Hi

Since a couple of days, we get a increased number of complaints from
customer receiving duplicate emails.

Emails duplicated (sometimes sent 5 or more times within a couple
of hours) are all sent from outlook.com.

I start to suspect, that there might be a DNS issue causing delayed or
failed lookups with our DKIM / DMARC Milter, as my logs hint to large
delays while they run.

When I try to look up the records manually I can not reproduce.

Has anyone observed similar issues and has been able to pinpoint the
cause?
