This ARC set is noisy and useless, since you trust the internal flow. A single ARC set by each Administrative Domain is fine.
On outgoing layer, I create a second ARC Set. This ARC Set should check Authentication-Results header to create the AAR (ARC Authentication- Results). Can I use the previous Authentication-Results as I can trust the flow for incoming to outgoing, or should I create a new Authentication- Results on this?
I'd go by merging the existing, trusted Authentication-Results:, possibly many of them, and any Received-SPF: from the bastion host, perhaps eliminating comments.
