Hi MailOps inbox providers, As specified in the “Sending Mandated Emails to Large Audiences” Best Practice guide published by M3AAWG, this message is to inform you of a high volume email that will be sent by a critical internet infrastructure provider via Intuit Mailchimp (https://mailchimp.com/about/) on January 22nd starting at 11am EST to recipients that have a higher likelihood of bouncing, reporting as spam, or marking as suspicious.
Because of contractual agreements and security purposes, we are unable to disclose the name of the critical internet infrastructure provider that will be sending the email. I have included sending IPs for this notice below. If you are able to assist with any mitigation efforts in allowing these required notices to be accepted by your networks, I would greatly appreciate it. *Sending IPs:* 198.2.133.1/22 198.2.133.16 198.2.179.1/22 We anticipate that the user will need to send between 17 and 24 million emails. Their goal is to complete the entire send on the 22nd, hence the large number of IP addresses.
