We've seen where they appear to be adding invoice fraud reporting. However, the fraudsters are switching to pay requests and other techniques. It's just sad that PayPal and Microsoft's security is this easy to circumvent. We do have a lot of rules and effort in the KAM ruleset around these scams the past few weeks.
