It was me who posted the recent thing about the response from Validity
saying they are removing the option to add IPv6 ranges. Your questions
are answered in that thread but I'll summarise:

- Validity consider it an error that they are asking for IPv6
addresses/netblocks and they intend to remove that part of the
  interface.

- That part of their interface doesn't work. I reported this to them a
month ago and it was old news then, apparently.

- Even if that ;part of their web site did work, they do not have any
IPv6 DNS servers, so will never see a query from an IPv6 address.
Therefore there is no current value in supplying that information to
  them anyway.

- Although it may appear that their DNS servers have IPv6 addresses, you
are looking at AWS DNS servers. The actual DNS lists are delegated to
servers which are IPv4-only. Validity say they do not intend to
support IPv6 here. Maybe they own shares in an IPv4 broker?

I'm afraid I do not know the answers to your other questions about
Validity's services. I myself only decided to try registering a user
because I got a "blocked" response. This was confusing and against my
expectations of our query volume, but I thought what the hell, I'll
register anyway. Between their broken web site, information-free
corporate web site, and a slightly baffling desire to cling to IPv4 I
don't have high confidence that any part of their services work
properly.

Thanks,
Andy
