In case it helps, we're also experiencing similar issues. Some of our IPs
were affected on Sep 26, and almost all IPs were affected last Friday (Oct
04).

We also don't have any red IPs in SNDS. Even high-volume IPs with hundreds
of consecutive green days and no spam trap hits were affected.

It may be related to rate limiting, but it seems that some of our IPs were
limited to 0 messages/day, as they kept receiving the same message for
several days without being able to deliver a single message.

Cloudflare's email routing service also seems to be affected. There are
several topics in their community where users are actively reporting
issues. Example:

I tried to open a ticket for all IPs at once, as well as by IP ranges, but
had better luck opening a ticket for each IP. I had to use ChatGPT to
handle the high number of tickets, but so far ~250 IPs have been unblocked.
