Yes, it's a bigger issue, and we *think* BofA is on top of it, but it's really been tricky to deal with them. > IF MS Allows it, deleting the email is only a temporary fix as they can choose another spelling of the email and start again. Yes, of course, but it would be nice if there were some way to redress this type of email that was definitely used for fraud. This is similar to domain names that are used for fraud to my mind. It's a namespace, and there's an authority. It seems like it would be good for the authority to be responsible about the names it gives out when they are used in crimes. Rob
