Well, entirely for everyone who is not using Google Groups himself. If you have a small user base this might be actually "everyone". You can use the header X-Google-Group-Id. I have so far not seen any other emails from Gmail or Gsuite which include this header. If you want to or have to filter before DATA then you could check if the connection is coming from an IP address that resolves to *.google.com and MAIL FROM includes "+bnc".
