Ah, thanks. The single follow up from a SpamCop admin there is the same text that I received from my contact on 21 July and doesn't really explain the changed behaviour. It's disappointing that this is still happening 10 or so days later with no further updates. As many in that thread have noted it makes the service basically pointless. Is SpamCop an abandoned product now?
