Might be of common interest so also posted to list.
I'm sorry for some necroposting here, but I have a similar need in order
to test SMTPUTF8 support in Rspamd. It seems that sending messages to
grå@grå.org from my personal gmail account does not trigger any reply
from that address.
Maybe there is another way to test UTF8 mime? For me, it will be enough
to have typical email headers (e.g. DKIM, Received maybe something else)
exactly as they are produced by SMTPUTF8 compatible MTA.
