Recently i got a lot of spams like this one:

They have two features:
1. arabic language
2. from google groups (though i never joined those groups)
how can i stop them effectively? (block arabic and google groups?)

but there is no DKIM_VALID_EF and its rate DNSWL_HI :(
first step report to dnswl then
maybe make
meta DKIM_VALID_EF_FAIL (!DKIM_VALID_EF && SPF_SOFTFAIL)
meta DKIM_VALID_AU_FAIL (!DKIM_VALID_AU && SPF_SOFTFAIL)
add score as you wish
