I don’t think anyone from knauf.com is on this list. Even if, the quickest way to have this resolved is that someone on the*recipient* end creates an internal support request. Usually the ticket system at large companies does not allow such support requests to be ignored or closed without a reply - in contrast to external emails to the postmaster address. And ignore the Uceprotect L3 listing. Half of the world is listed there, thats part of the business model of this service.
